Shoulder joint has the widest range of motion of all joints in the human body. Shoulder joint complex has 2 joints and several tendons and ligaments supporting the joint for its function.
- Rotator Cuff Injuries: These can result from overuse or sudden movements. The rotator cuff is a group of muscles and tendons that stabilize the shoulder joint.
- Arthritis: Inflammation of the shoulder joint due to conditions like osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis.
- Labrum tear: may be caused by overuse or injury.
- Muscle Strain: Overworking the shoulder muscles can lead to strain and discomfort.
- Dislocation: When the shoulder joint pops out of place.
